Therese Gramercy . . . the girl named Trees

Pair of seals painted by Wyland

I am feeling a little bit ragged today,
pondering just where it was that I lost my way.

I thought I was sailing right into our dreams,
tacking as needed, to join our stellar scenes.

But then came the doldrums, and the sails lay still,
alone without you, wishing a new breeze was your will.
